This was my most rewarding campaigns to lead at COPA90 - a full 360 shoot with Vini Jr for Pepsi and Pizza Hut during the Champions League. It was one of the most complex stakeholder environments I’ve worked in, coordinating PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, UEFA, and talent approvals, but also one of the most rewarding. Over the 18 months I managed the Pepsi × YUM partnership, budgets doubled and the scale of the work grew significantly, reflecting the trust we built with both clients.

I led the project from brief through to final delivery as part of a small, exceptional core team. Fleur Bell was outstanding in production, and Nat Cantor and Alfons Valls delivered some of their best creative thinking on this campaign. Together, we delivered a hero film shot on 35mm, supported by a full suite of social and 360 assets that landed seamlessly across multiple channels.

The campaign was incredibly well received across Pepsi, Pizza Hut, UEFA and the talent. It went on to become a standout activation in PepsiCo’s Champions League portfolio this year - a piece of work that celebrated the intersection of football, food and global fan culture in a way that felt fresh.
