Lewis joined my team to cover a role temporarily at a really busy time. His super-power he told me when he joined, was his relationship building skills and easy going manner that clients love. His super-powers were way more extensive than that. He hit the ground running on day 1, and was insightful, very switched on and highly experienced. He very quickly got a handle on the on-boarding process with a large and complicated client, quickly earning both the client and the team’s confidence, and moved promptly into developing strategy and prepping for delivery. He is smart, organised, very collaborative, and extremely likeable. And his love for 80s soul music speak of him being a very old soul in a young body!! Lewis is diligent, hard-working and can think strategically as well as being great at delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back on my team on a much longer term basis, at any time.

Lewis was a great balance of production and creative input on a beast of a project for Porsche. Over one week at Goodwood Festival of Speed we had multiple crews working on massively varied deliverables across a tricky, fast-moving (see what i did there!?) and spread out site.
